Most products have a 30-day guarantee unless otherwise specified. Products may be returned within the 30 days with 10% restocking charge and must be in good condition. No restocking charge on defective products or improperly shipped merchandise. No credit on abused goods.
No refund on aerosol. Buy at own risk.
All returns must have prior approval and must be accoumpanied by a Credit Memo Number. Without the credit memo number your account cannot be properly credited A coppy of your invoice or packing slip will also help to expedite a propmpt posting of your credit.
